1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using YaarWork, users agree to follow these terms and applicable policies. People who do not agree should not use the service.
2. Platform purpose
YaarWork helps people discover and connect with individual local service workers. YaarWork does not itself perform the services shown on worker profiles. Users are responsible for deciding whether and how to arrange work.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Describe service needs honestly and clearly
- Review worker information and make independent decisions
- Agree scope, price, timing, materials, and access directly with the worker
- Treat workers respectfully and provide a safe working environment
- Provide fair, experience-based reviews
4. Worker responsibilities
- Maintain accurate service, experience, availability, and area information
- Only offer work the worker is competent and legally permitted to perform
- Use genuine portfolio content and respect customer property and privacy
- Agree service details clearly before starting work
- Follow applicable professional, safety, tax, and licensing obligations
5. Profiles and user content
Users are responsible for keeping profile information accurate and for having permission to share uploaded text, reviews, and images. Misleading, fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or privacy-invasive content is prohibited. YaarWork may review, restrict, or remove content that breaches these terms or applicable requirements.
6. Communication, services, and bookings
Customers and workers are responsible for their direct discussions and arrangements, including scope, availability, timing, materials, access, completion, and disputes. Users should communicate respectfully and avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.
7. Payments
Unless the app clearly states otherwise for a particular feature, customers and workers arrange payment details directly and should take appropriate precautions. YaarWork does not claim an escrow service, refund guarantee, or transaction protection where none has been confirmed.
8. Reviews
Reviews should reflect a genuine service experience and must not be misleading, abusive, discriminatory, coerced, or posted in exchange for an undisclosed benefit. YaarWork may moderate reviews under its applicable policies.
9. Prohibited activities
- False identities, impersonation, or misleading qualifications
- Fraud, harassment, discrimination, threats, or unlawful activity
- Uploading private documents or content without permission
- Manipulating reviews or platform discovery
- Attempting to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service
- Using YaarWork to send spam or distribute harmful software
10. Verification
A verification indicator means the applicable process was completed at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of identity, qualifications, availability, conduct, service quality, or outcome. The exact production verification scope must be documented clearly in the app.
11. Restrictions and suspension
YaarWork may restrict access, remove content, or suspend an account when reasonably needed to address suspected misuse, safety concerns, policy breaches, or legal requirements. Users can report concerns through official support channels.
12. Intellectual property
YaarWork’s branding, website, app, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Users retain responsibility for content they submit and must not misuse content belonging to others.
13. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected and used. Users should also review the Privacy & Security guidance before sharing personal information.
14. Disclaimers and responsibility
Worker profiles, verification signals, reviews, and availability information help users make decisions but do not guarantee identity, qualifications, conduct, service quality, or outcomes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, YaarWork is not responsible for independent services or arrangements between users. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

These terms may be updated as YaarWork or applicable requirements change. The latest published version will appear on this page.
