Public profile information may be shown to people who view or receive a worker profile link. Other information may be shared when needed to provide a requested feature, with service providers supporting YaarWork, with the user’s direction or consent, or when required by applicable law. YaarWork does not identify unconfirmed providers on this page.
6. Protection and security
YaarWork takes reasonable steps appropriate to the information it handles. Users should protect one-time codes and account access information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and suspected misuse should be reported promptly.
7. Data retention
Information may be kept for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain safety and records, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and why it is held; no fixed period is stated where one has not been established.
8. Your rights and choices
Available rights depend on applicable law and may include asking to access, correct, or delete information, objecting to certain uses, or requesting a copy. Profile and privacy controls available in the app should be used where possible. Identity may need to be confirmed before a request is completed.
9. Account and data deletion
Users can request account or data deletion through the official support path. Some information may need to be retained where required for safety, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Do not send identity documents, passwords, or one-time codes by ordinary email.
10. Third-party services
The app may rely on third-party services for functions such as app distribution, communications, maps, hosting, or diagnostics where applicable. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. This policy does not name services that have not been confirmed.
11. Changes and privacy assistance
This policy may be updated when YaarWork or applicable requirements change. The latest published version will appear on this page.
Privacy questions, account or data deletion requests, and other requests can be sent to support@yaarwork.com.
