Never share access details

Do not share OTPs, passwords, authentication codes, banking passwords, card PINs, or other sensitive financial information.

Question payment requests

Be cautious with advance-payment requests and unexpected payment links, especially when someone creates urgency.

Verify before arranging

Review the public profile and confirm the person and service details before making arrangements.

Stop if concerned

Do not continue a payment discussion that feels suspicious. Save non-sensitive evidence and report it.

If someone asks for suspicious payment

  • Do not share an OTP, password, authentication code, or banking login
  • Do not open an unfamiliar payment link
  • Pause the arrangement and verify the person independently
  • Keep relevant messages or screenshots with sensitive details hidden
  • Report the profile or conversation through an official channel

What to include in a report

  • The public worker-profile link, if relevant
  • A concise description of the request
  • Approximate date and time
  • Screenshots with private and financial details hidden
  • The payment link domain without opening it
